All sanctions will be ASSESSED and approved by Don Sartell and Jeff Sartell once new forms are submitted.

The application form has changed as of September 7, 2025. Please click the button to download the information on submission instructions and the new approved sanction application form. Only the 2025-2026 sanction form will be considered. The duration of the current sanction form process is through AYOP 2026. This is the sanction application for the 2025-2026 competition season.

ATTENTION: New for 2025-2026, in order to better facilitate the preparation for AYOP, no qualifying contests (State/Regional/Miss Majorette/Super Qualifier) may be held after June 21, 2026.

No National Qualifier Contests (State, Regional, Miss Majorette, or East/West Super Qualifiers) Or contests using the NBTA name are to be announced online, via brochure, or any other manner until sanction applications have been received AND approved by NBTA.

Those violating will have their sanction applications declined.

“East/West of the Miss” Super qualifiers

NBTA International is thrilled to introduce two brand new and exciting events. The “East of the Miss” and “West of the Miss” Super Qualifiers will now be additional avenues for athletes to qualify for AYOP events (Miss Majorette, National Majorette, National Rhythmic, Beginner & Intermediate Pageant). Athletes will continue to qualify through existing channels (State and Regional Competitions), but the Super Qualifiers will offer additional qualifying opportunities, increased competition for all, and new major titles to be won. Using the natural land barrier of the Mississippi River to designate the bisection of the country, the jurisdictions for each competition will be:
