The Sartell family, NBTA International, and the AYOP Team are excited to announce NBTA International’s First Official Scholarship Fund.

The Sartell family and NBTA International are committed to putting twirlers first. With this fund — driven by the generosity, commitment, and mentorship of our very own constituents — we will provide a transparent and lasting legacy of cash awards and scholarships for the twirlers of today and tomorrow.

100% of all monies donated will be dispersed directly to twirlers in specified categories.

We are excited to formalize the generosity so many have shown over the years in a clear, trackable, and transparent way. You will be able to choose which category your donation is going to.

The Sartell family and NBTA International thanks you for your commitment and generosity as you join us in providing future pathways for our young athletes.

This fund complements the generous cash awards and endowed scholarships established throughout AYOP’s storied history. Any organization is only as good as its constituents and we know that this call to action will forge a whole and unified AYOP with its focus exactly where it should be — providing opportunity for tremendous young men and women as they forge their own paths to the future.

Donations may be in your own name, in honor or memory of another, or anonymously. All non-anonymous donors will be recognized by NBTA International at AYOP.

in the following ways:

1) Here on this webpage by filling out the adjacent form. Select the desired Fund from the drop down menu and type in the amount you plan to give. Click the Donate button. You will be directed to a checkout page where you will complete your donation, including whether or not you wish to remain anonymous and if you are choosing to make it in tribute.

2) Send a check payable to AYOP. You must write “scholarship” and indicate which fund in the memo. Send check to AYOP Processing, 785 Williams Street, Box 418, Longmeadow, MA, 01106.

All donations for AYOP 2025
must be received by June 16.

These funds are built on the time-honored tradition Don Sartell began of awarding scholarships to young athletes who have earned the highest achievements our sport has to offer, thus propelling and promoting baton twirling locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally through their Hard work, dedication, and commitment. NBTA International and the Sartell family continue to provide recognition and awards to those who demonstrate excellence in the field of baton twirling.
